Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the legal terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Meridian Funded platform and services ("Services"), offered by Skye Marketing Experts FZE ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand Meridian Funded.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

USER ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any user at its sole discretion.

NATURE OF SERVICES

Meridian Funded provides simulated trading evaluation services. Unless explicitly stated, no real funds are allocated.

Nothing in the Services constitutes:

Investment advice
Brokerage services
Financial recommendations

ACCOUNT CREATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

Meridian Funded reserves the right to:

Approve or reject any account
Request verification documents at any time
Suspend accounts pending verification

TRADING RULES & CONDUCT

Users must comply with all trading rules communicated on the platform, including but not limited to:

Maximum drawdown limits
Daily loss limits
Consistency rules
Trailing drawdown (for promotional challenges)

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The following are strictly prohibited:

Gambling behavior (e.g., all-in trades, excessive risk-taking)
Martingale, grid, or risk-stacking strategies
Latency arbitrage or exploitative trading
Use of multiple accounts to bypass rules
Copy trading or coordinated strategies

The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether trading behavior is abusive, non-professional, or in violation of these Terms.

IP ADDRESS & LOCATION COMPLIANCE (STRICT POLICY)

To ensure strict compliance with Meridian Funded's security and risk management procedures, all users must access their accounts exclusively from a location consistent with their declared country of residence.

The use of any IP address originating from a different country than the one registered on the account, including, but not limited to, VPNs, proxies, VPS, or remote access tools, is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of this requirement constitutes a material violation of these Terms.

In such cases, Meridian Funded will immediately and permanently terminate the account without prior notice.

Upon termination:

All trading activity will be stopped
The account will be closed permanently
Any profits, rewards, or pending payouts will be voided

No exceptions will be made.

RISK CONTROL & TRADE ADJUSTMENTS

The Company reserves the right to:

Invalidate or adjust any trade
Modify account metrics
Cancel profits

if activity is deemed inconsistent with fair trading conditions, system integrity, or internal risk policies.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promo challenges are subject to additional rules, including trailing drawdown and consistency requirements.

FAILURE AND RETEST POLICY

In case of failure at Step 1 or Step 2, candidates may restart from Step 1 under the free retest policy, subject to compliance with all rules.

REWARD (PAYOUT) TERMS

Rewards are not guaranteed.

Payouts:

Can be requested every 24 hours after first trade on funded account
Are subject to full compliance with all rules
Are subject to internal review, fraud checks, and risk validation

The Company reserves the right to:

Delay, adjust, or deny payouts
Request additional verification

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

The Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Rule violations
Suspicious or abusive activity
Risk management concerns
Compliance requirements

Upon termination:

Accounts may be closed immediately
Positions may be liquidated
Profits and pending payouts may be voided

The user waives any claim against the Company arising from such actions.

MULTI-ACCOUNT & ABUSE PREVENTION

Users may not:

Operate multiple accounts to circumvent rules
Use third parties to trade on their behalf
Transfer or sell accounts

The Company may use technical and behavioral analysis to detect violations.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property related to the Services remains the exclusive property of the Company.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Platform interruptions
Technical errors
Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms

JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically those applicable to the Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone (DTWC).

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Company may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
