Refund Policy

At Meridian Funded, we are committed to transparency for all our traders. This Refund Policy explains when evaluation fees can be refunded.

FEE REFUND & CREDIT BONUS

For eligible accounts: the evaluation fee is refunded in full (100%) to the original payment method, disbursed together with your first reward payout on a funded account, subject to full compliance with all trading rules and our Terms and Conditions. An additional 50% of the evaluation fee is credited as Meridian Credit, usable toward future evaluations, add-ons, or upgrades (see Terms and Conditions for full conditions). A cash refund never exceeds the amount originally paid. This program is a promotional reward and does not apply to failed, terminated, or inactive accounts.

REFUND BEFORE USE OF THE SERVICE

You may request a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of payment, provided that you have not accessed your evaluation account and no trade has been placed. To request a refund, contact support@meridian-funded.com from the email address used at purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

REFUND AFTER USE OF THE SERVICE

By logging into your evaluation account or placing a trade, you expressly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. From that point, fees are non-refundable except under the Fee Refund & Credit Bonus above.

GENERAL RULE

In all cases, a refund is issued to the original payment method and never exceeds the amount originally paid for the transaction concerned.

POLICY ON CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at support@meridian-funded.com before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Unwarranted chargebacks constitute a breach of this policy: we reserve the right to suspend related accounts, contest the chargeback with documented evidence, and recover amounts paid out, including reasonable legal costs.

POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the date of publication.
