Our commitment

BLUEWAVE DIGITAL EDUCATION - FZCO ("Meridian Funded", "we", "us") is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and financial crime. This policy describes the identity verification and screening measures applied to all clients.

Identity verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before the first performance reward is paid on any account. As part of verification, we request:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license)

• Proof of address issued within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement)

• A liveness check (selfie verification) where applicable

Verification is carried out through a specialised identity verification provider. We may request additional documentation where circumstances require it.

When verification applies

• Before the first reward payout on any account

• When key account details change (name, email, payout information)

• Where activity or transactions require enhanced due diligence

Sanctions screening and restricted jurisdictions

Clients are screened against applicable international sanctions lists, including those maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States (OFAC). We do not provide services to individuals or entities appearing on sanctions lists, or to residents of the Restricted Jurisdictions listed in our Terms & Conditions.

One person, one identity

Accounts are strictly personal. Purchases must be made in the client's own name, and reward payouts are only ever sent to the verified account holder. Payouts to third parties are not permitted.

Monitoring, refusal and reporting

We monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. We may suspend or close access, withhold rewards, or refuse service where identity verification cannot be completed, or where we identify fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity. Where required by applicable law, we report suspicious activity to the competent authorities.

Data handling

KYC data is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained for a minimum of five years, as required by applicable regulations.
