This Refund Policy applies to all paid Evaluations purchased through meridian-funded.com. It forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1. Standard Rule
Once your Evaluation account is created and login credentials are delivered, the Evaluation is considered activated and the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you have started trading or not.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Window
If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you benefit from a statutory 14-day cooling-off period during which you may request a full refund, provided no trade has been placed on your Evaluation account. Requests must be sent in writing to billing@meridian-funded.com within 14 calendar days of the purchase date and must include your order number.
Once at least one trade has been placed on your account, the statutory cooling-off period no longer applies, as you have expressly requested that the Services begin before the end of the cooling-off period (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(a)).
3. Fee Refunded With First Reward
Upon successful completion of an Evaluation and receipt of your first Reward on a Funded Account, the original Evaluation fee will be refunded on top of your Reward, subject to verification of compliance with these Terms.
4. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access your account due to a verified technical issue caused by Meridian Funded lasting more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a free account reset or, at our discretion, a refund. Duplicate purchases (same account size, within 24 hours, on the same user profile) will be refunded upon request.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting our support team is a violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of all your accounts without refund. We cooperate with payment networks and law enforcement in any case of fraudulent chargeback.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to billing@meridian-funded.com with the subject line "Refund request — [Order ID]" and include:
- Your full name as registered;
- Your order number and date of purchase;
- The reason for the refund request.
We process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. The refund is credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount may appear on your statement within 5 to 14 business days thereafter.
